For the woman everyone leans on, who still doesn't fully trust her own judgement the moment it counts.
Dates in Phnom Penh time. In the Americas, each session falls on the evening before.
USD 17 commitment fee, donated in full to a charity in Cambodia.
You're the one your family calls first. The one your team relies on. The one who always finds a solution, and often the one quietly supporting everyone else too: financially, emotionally, practically.
And somewhere in carrying all of that, you burned out. Or you're standing right at the edge of it.
Not because you're weak. Because you were conditioned this way, by culture, by family, by everything that ever taught you to be good, be responsible, and keep everyone else comfortable before yourself.
You didn't lose your power. You gave it away, quietly, one micro-concession at a time.
It's something underneath both. That's why the fixes never quite hold.
You might know it from moments like these.
Over the five days, you'll find out exactly where you're giving your power away, when it started, and what to do to start reclaiming it.
You'll finally put a name to something you've been doing for years, several times a week, without ever once noticing, and see exactly what it's already cost you.
You'll know exactly how it happens, step by step, and precisely where you can catch it next time, before it costs you anything.
You'll see where this pattern actually began, and stop making it mean there's something wrong with you.
You'll find the piece that's been missing this whole time, and stop waiting for someone else to hand you permission you already have.
You'll walk away with one page, in your own words, that tells you exactly who you are under pressure, yours to keep and yours to use.

I was born in a refugee camp on the Thailand-Cambodia border and raised in France. When I was seven, standing in the garden of a house my parents worked endlessly to pay for, I made myself a promise: I would earn my place so thoroughly that no one could ever take it.
I kept that promise for almost four decades. Through London, through Phnom Penh, all the way to director level. From the outside, I had it all figured out. Inside, I was rewriting messages three times before sending them and replaying conversations long after they ended. Two years under a CEO who made work something I survived ended in burnout.
What I rebuilt afterwards wasn't a better version of the woman who could handle everything. It was a woman who no longer needs the room to tell her she's enough.
I call it living as a Sovereign Queen. And what I teach now is the one thing nobody ever taught me: how to stay yourself when the pressure is on, without waiting for anybody's permission.
"It's really eye-opening that this has been there my whole life, not only now."
Dasha"I am the one to give myself permission. Not anyone else, not my mom, not my husband."
Saren"I don't need to be silenced. When I need to say something, I need to say it."
SokhoeunI am reminded that I have the power to give myself permission, to express how I feel without the need to be validated by others.
Chrisi Pin-BalbuenaThese 5 days have truly taught me how to make choices from within and to prioritize my wellbeing, without guilt or shame.
Darany TouchWhat you've been carrying has a name. It's a pattern, and not who you are.
Shena Leynes DeryI am grounded in my values, trust my instincts, and am free from needing others' approval.
Stephenie Hisman-HouNot one penny of your commitment fee goes in my pocket. It's donated in full to Coral Tree Education, a charity in Cambodia dedicated to educating young Cambodians, especially girls and women living in poverty.
"When we educate a girl, she educates her family and her community, and the world benefits."
